George Mason University's Office of Technology Transfer serves as the link between Mason researchers and industry leaders to bring state-of-the-art technology to fruition. 

The OTT assesses innovations submitted by researchers affiliated with George Mason and identifies emerging trends to deliver ready-to-market inventions to industry partners with a focus on public benefit.

How OTT works for Inventors

George Mason University researchers must promptly submit a disclosure when they develop an invention, software code, tangible property or copyright (non-software material) in compliance with obligations under federal funding and other university sponsor agreements.
