Tracy Nayar

Tracy Nayar serves as the Associate State Director for the Virginia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, where she oversees operations and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Since 2009, Tracy has played a role in driving the program's success through innovative strategies, effective marketing, and comprehensive staff development. Her responsibilities include managing the customer relationship database for accurate reporting to the US Small Business Administration, developing strategies to achieve SBDC goals, and fostering growth and impact across the network. She supervises marketing efforts, leveraging social media, the website, and an annual client profiles magazine to engage and educate the small business community.

Before joining the SBDC, Tracy held various positions at the Mason Enterprise Center, Best Practice Networks, Gulliver Ritchie Associates, and the Investment Company Institute. Her roles included managing production and implementation projects, ensuring quality assurance, and developing training materials. Throughout her career, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional leadership, program management, and strategic planning skills, contributing to the success of numerous organizations and initiatives.
